Welcome to Supa Deurali Tours & Travels. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.
सुपा देउराली टुर्स एण्ड ट्राभल्समा स्वागत छ। हाम्रो वेबसाइट र सेवाहरू प्रयोग गरेर, तपाईं निम्न नियम र सर्तहरू पालना गर्न सहमत हुनुहुन्छ। बुकिङ गर्नु वा हाम्रा सेवाहरू प्रयोग गर्नुअघि कृपया तिनीहरू ध्यानपूर्वक पढ्नुहोस्।
Note: These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, office, or authorized agents.
नोट: यी सर्तहरू हाम्रो वेबसाइट, कार्यालय वा अधिकृत एजेन्टहरू मार्फत गरिएका सबै बुकिङहरूमा लागू हुन्छन्।
1. Booking & Payments१. बुकिङ र भुक्तानी
- All bookings must be made with accurate and complete information.सबै बुकिङहरू सही र पूर्ण जानकारीसहित गरिनुपर्छ।
- A minimum deposit of ₹500 per seat is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations.आरक्षण पुष्टि गर्न बुकिङको समयमा प्रति सिट न्यूनतम ₹५०० जम्मा गर्नुपर्छ।
- Pending bookings that are not confirmed with advance payment within 1 hour will be automatically cancelled and the seats will be released for others. This rule applies only during working hours (7 AM – 7 PM). Bookings made outside working hours will remain pending until the next morning for staff review.१ घण्टाभित्र अग्रिम भुक्तानीसँग पुष्टि नगरिएका पेन्डिङ बुकिङहरू स्वचालित रूपमा रद्द हुनेछन् र सिटहरू अरूका लागि खुला गरिनेछन्। यो नियम कार्यालय समय (बिहान ७ – साँझ ७) मा मात्र लागू हुन्छ। कार्यालय समय बाहिर गरिएका बुकिङहरू कर्मचारी समीक्षाको लागि भोलिपल्ट बिहानसम्म पेन्डिङमा रहनेछन्।
- Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.यात्रा सुरु हुनुअघि पूर्ण भुक्तानी गरिसक्नुपर्छ।
- Payments can be made through credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.भुक्तानी क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड, बैंक ट्रान्सफर, UPI वा अन्य स्वीकृत माध्यमबाट गर्न सकिन्छ।
2. Cancellations & Refunds२. रद्दीकरण र फिर्ता
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or official letter).रद्दीकरण लिखित रूपमा (इमेल वा आधिकारिक पत्र) पेश गर्नुपर्छ।
- Refunds depend on the cancellation timeline and supplier policies (airlines, hotels, transport).फिर्ता रद्दीकरण समयरेखा र आपूर्तिकर्ता नीतिहरूमा निर्भर गर्दछ।
- Non-refundable deposits and service charges may apply.फिर्ता नहुने जम्मा रकम र सेवा शुल्कहरू लागू हुन सक्छन्।
- No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.अन्तिम-मिनेट रद्दीकरण वा उपस्थित नभएमा कुनै फिर्ता प्रदान गरिने छैन।
3. Travel Documents३. यात्रा कागजातहरू
- Passengers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documents.यात्रुहरू वैध राहदानी, भिसा, अनुमतिपत्र र अन्य आवश्यक कागजातहरू बोक्ने जिम्मेवार छन्।
- Supa Deurali Tours & Travels will not be responsible for denied boarding or immigration issues.सुपा देउराली टुर्स एण्ड ट्राभल्स बोर्डिङ अस्वीकार वा आप्रवासन समस्याहरूको लागि जिम्मेवार हुने छैन।
4. Responsibilities & Liabilities४. जिम्मेवारीहरू र दायित्वहरू
- We act as an agent between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).हामी ग्राहकहरू र सेवा प्रदायकहरू (एयरलाइन्स, होटल, आदि) बीचको एजेन्टको रूपमा काम गर्छौं।
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss beyond our control.हाम्रो नियन्त्रणभन्दा बाहिरको ढिलाइ, रद्दीकरण, दुर्घटना वा हानिको लागि हामी जिम्मेवार छैनौं।
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.सबै यात्रुहरूको लागि यात्रा बीमा कडा रूपमा सिफारिस गरिन्छ।
5. Customer Conduct५. ग्राहक आचरण
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws, traditions, and tour guide instructions. Misconduct may result in cancellation of services without refund.
यात्रुहरूले जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक व्यवहार गर्ने र स्थानीय कानुन, परम्परा र टुर गाइडका निर्देशनहरू पालना गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिन्छ। दुर्व्यवहारले फिर्ता बिना सेवाहरू रद्द हुन सक्छ।
6. Changes to Itinerary६. यात्राक्रममा परिवर्तन
Supa Deurali Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, transport, or accommodation if necessary due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
सुपा देउराली टुर्स एण्ड ट्राभल्सले सुरक्षा, मौसम वा अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितिका कारण आवश्यक भएमा यात्राक्रम, यातायात वा बसोबास परिवर्तन गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्दछ। सम्भव भएसम्म समकक्ष विकल्पहरू प्रदान गरिनेछ।
7. Intellectual Property७. बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति
All content on this website (text, images, logo, branding) is the property of Supa Deurali Tours & Travels and cannot be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal and India (for international customers). Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction courts.
यी नियम र सर्तहरू नेपाल र भारत (अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय ग्राहकहरूको लागि) को कानुनद्वारा शासित छन्। कुनै पनि विवादहरू सम्बन्धित क्षेत्राधिकार अदालतहरूमा समाधान गरिनेछ।
